Afiki offers guests an affordable beach resort experience like no other. We provide a personalised service. Our guests are never another face in the crowd. We welcome you with warmth to your beach home.
Swimming Pool
Our guests tell us that a pool would be a great addition to our offering. We agreed! We collaborated with Tera Garden Designs to bring you a serene pool environment. Using locally grown raffia palm, the Afiki pool is fully fenced-in to ensure your privacy and to keep young children safe. Our kids' pool, provide a further safe space for children under parents/guardians supervision.
Beach
Unlike some of our neighbours, Afiki is blessed with a golden sand beach. There are no boulders stopping guests from directly accessing the sea in front of Afiki. Our sea is swimmable and is a very welcome respite from the hot Ghanaian sun.
Restaurant
Our restaurant serves home cooked food to order. Our extensive menu includes, according to our customers, a great selection of vegan, gluten free and vegetarian dishes. View a copy of our menu here.
Breakfast
Included in your room rate is breakfast from our a la carte breakfast menu. With an extensive menu including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options, there is truly, something for everyone. See Terms and Conditions.
Connectivity
Considering our remote village location, it seems like an incredible feat - but we have managed it!! We have been able to obtain internet connection and are pleased to offer our guests free WiFi. *However, please note that our wifi does disappoint from time to time. During our free wifi downtimes, we offer you the opportunity to purchase Vodaphone credit to use our MIFI for a fee of $1.50 a day. Please note that use of the MIFI is subject to availability.
Housekeeping
and Laundry
Daily housekeeping is available on request. We provide a personalised laundry service and can hand or machine wash and iron your items as you prefer. For terms and conditions, see here.
Wellness
We are passionate about living as natural and wholesome a life as possible. So, we think greatly about what we provide at Afiki. For example, we never use any MSG in our food. Also, we lovingly hand make our body and hair wash using the finest African Black Soap. Not only is the African Black Soap great for your skin and hair but it is all natural with no SLS, SLES, parabens or silicones.
